Who are the Rishikas?

Rishikas (the feminine of Rishi) are people who reflect a deep reverence for spiritual knowledge and wisdom. Rishika refers to one who is skillful, compassionate, and knowledgeable, possessing a deep understanding of life and its mysteries. We are the seers, artists, poets, singers, wisdom keepers, and healers… catalysts who illuminate the truth of love and help to bring balance to life in all its forms. 

In a world that is being consumed and bombarded by what I would call the ‘toxic dominator archetype’, it is essential for those of us who care to work together in bringing wholeness, creativity and loving-kindness to expression, remembering the elegant holistic nature of existence itself, living fully beyond the small mind. During these tumultuous times, being part of a creative, compassionate, intelligent community of fellow travelers is the sustenance we need.

This is a multi-dimensional yearlong immersion–both practical and experiential; it will include

• Constellation Facilitation Training,

• Movement, Voice, & Song as vehicles for healing and transformation

• Awareness and Meditation Practices.

Over the years, she has refined and simplified the practice, blending her expertise in music and deep trust in the creative process to enhance awareness, spark creativity, and foster self-understanding.
